
From our studio to your doorstep
Step 1: Order
Once you've found your desired stationery, fill out the online order form. (You can find it by clicking the 'Your order' tab at the bottom of the page) We will email you an order confirmation along with a time-line for your project. The order confirmation email will include template documents we need you to fill in for Wording and Guest Names etc. and your invoice which will require a 50% deposit. Throughout the process, feel free to email us; we'll always be happy to help.
Step 2: Design
Upon receiving your order, we'll begin incorporating your information into the design of your choice. We'll also make any custom changes that you desire at this point.
You are allocated 3 rounds of changes if you require further changes an hourly fee will be applied.
Step 3: Proof
When the entire package has been customized for your event, we'll send you a proof via email. You'll review your proof, and either notify us of anything that needs adjustment, or send us your whole-hearted approval. Your order won't be printed until you are completely satisfied. We recommend going over your proofs with a fine tooth comb. Invite your whole family to the computer screen - checking layout, spelling and grammar, as little things and even big things can be missed.
Step 4: Ship
After receiving your approval, your invitation package will be printed, wrapped and sent to your door. Within 2-3 weeks the invitations will arrive at your door, and you can cross one more thing off that to-do list!
